On September 29, 2010 permission was granted for the LMA:
Nicole Atkins allows taping, so long as the venue does not restrict taping, but will not offer board feeds. Nicole Atkins is happy for the audio Archive to archive tapes of live shows for noncommercial, royalty-free downloading. Shows may not be bought or sold, but may be traded freely between fans.
